Their work is related to the installation and maintenance of railway traction lines and subcontracting for railway infrastructure maintenance.

A railway transport automation, telemechanics and communication technician can work in railway companies as an electromechanic or signaling centralization and blocking (SCB) electromechanic. With the help of modern systems, specialists timely detect and prevent damage to technical equipment that may threaten the safe and continuous operation of railway transport, as well as control the safety of systems that ensure the safety of train movement and the preservation of cargo. Railway transport automation, telemechanics and communication technician can work in electrical, communication and telemechanics structural units.

The railway transport organization and movement safety technician monitors the movement of railway transport in his station, observing all rules, instructions, schedules and strictly fulfilling the requirements of railway safety, ensures compliance with the schedule of train movements, acceptance and delivery of cargo, issues transport documents. The railway transport organization and movement safety technician works in railway companies related to ensuring the movement of transport wagons, can work in logistics companies and structures that organize work with cargo and document rotation, at cargo transshipment points.
